Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them with a warm, friendly, and professional approach.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries with the utmost discretion and efficiency.
  • Oversee meeting room bookings, ensuring seamless scheduling and room setup.
  • Provide support during client meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Maintain the reception area to a high standard, ensuring it is always well-presented.
  • Assist with diary management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating logistics for senior executives.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as organising post, booking couriers, and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation, for clients and staff as needed.
  • Support the organisation of internal events and client meetings.
  • Liaise with building management and external service providers to maintain facilities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist or Front of House role, ideally within a corporate or financial services environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence in engaging with high-profile clients.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A professional telephone manner, immaculate presentation, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Familiarity with digital meeting room booking systems and MS Office applications.
