Receptionist Needed – Corporate Office (London)

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum. Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday. We’re looking for a professional, well-presented Receptionist to join a prestigious corporate firm in London. This is a front-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and senior executives. Key Responsibilities

  • First Impressions Matter – Managing the reception desk, welcoming guests, and ensuring every visitor receives a professional, five-star experience.
  • Call & Visitor Management – Handling incoming calls, taking messages accurately, and directing queries efficiently.
  • Meeting Room Coordination – Managing bookings, setting up rooms, and ensuring all facilities are prepared for client meetings.
  • Administrative Support – Assisting with office administration, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Security & Compliance – Managing visitor sign-in processes, liaising with building security, and ensuring GDPR compliance when handling sensitive information.
  • Office Presentation – Ensuring the reception area remains immaculate at all times, reflecting the company’s high standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house, receptionist, or concierge role (corporate, hospitality, or luxury retail backgrounds are ideal).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident, articulate, and polished.
  • Strong organisation and time-management abilities – able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • A calm, proactive approach – someone who anticipates needs before they arise.
