Key Responsibilities:

  • Ambassadorial Service: As the face of the firm, you will greet and welcome high-profile clients with the utmost discretion and elegance, ensuring they are immediately at ease and their experience is flawless.
  • Client Floor Management: Oversee the exclusive client floor, maintaining its impeccable presentation. From luxurious meeting rooms to private lounge areas, ensure that every detail reflects the firm’s elite standards.
  • Travel & Accommodation Coordination: Arrange bespoke travel and accommodation for clients, ensuring every element of their journey, from private jets to five-star hotels, is managed with precision and attention to detail.
  • Meeting Room Reservations: Liaise with senior executives and PAs to coordinate meeting room bookings, catering services, and additional VIP requests to ensure a superior client experience.
  • Concierge Services: Act as a trusted concierge for clients, anticipating their needs, making tailored recommendations, and delivering bespoke services that enhance their experience at the firm.
  • Client Relations: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with the firm’s UHNW clientele, handling all interactions with the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Immaculate Presentation & Professionalism: You will be the firm’s representative to an exclusive audience, so impeccable grooming, professionalism, and poise are essential.
  • Experience in Luxury or Corporate Environments: Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel, private members’ club, or corporate environment is highly desirable.
  • Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail, ensuring that every interaction and request is flawlessly executed.
